Dave Gahan, the lead singer of Depeche Mode, has
displayed a classic modern rock star look, both onstage and in his personal
life, throughout his enduring music career.

was changed to Depeche Mode, after a French fashion magazine, translating
roughly to ‘Fashion News’. This fitting name set Dave up for fashion icon
status in his later life.
The band has reinvented themselves several times over
since then, with a musical career spanning decades, out performing many bands
that were once their contemporaries, such as Duran Duran, Spandau Ballet, or
Culture Club.

Now much admired for his sartorial style, Gahan has
previously appeared in several high fashion campaigns and is known for a modern
look with touches of 80’s glam rock that hark back to when Depeche Mode first
emerged.On the ‘Global Spirit’ tour, the singer has been seen to wear silver
