Welcome to the Lazaro SoHo Affiliate Program!

We are excited to partner with you. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before registering as an affiliate. By joining our program, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Enrollment in the Affiliate Program

To begin the enrollment process, you must submit a completed application via our website. Your application will be reviewed, and we reserve the right to reject any application that we determine, at our sole discretion, does not meet our standards for acceptance.

2. Commission and Payments

• Commission Rate: Affiliates will receive a 7% commission for each sale generated through their affiliate link.
• Payment Schedule: Commissions are paid monthly, provided that the commission owed is more than $50. If the owed commission is less than $50, it will be carried over to the following month.
• Payment Method: Payments will be made via PayPal or bank transfer.

3. Cookie Duration

Our tracking cookies are valid for 90 days. This means you will receive a commission on sales generated within 90 days of the initial referral, provided the customer has not cleared their cookies.

4. Prohibited Content and Activities

Affiliates may not use their affiliate links on any website promoting sexually explicit material, violence, illegal activities, or discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age. Affiliates are prohibited from engaging in spamming, indiscriminate advertising, or unsolicited commercial email.

5. Promotional Materials and Brand Usage

Affiliates are encouraged to use the marketing and promotional materials provided by Lazaro SoHo. You must not alter any brand logos, images, banners, or creative pieces supplied by Lazaro SoHo without written consent. Affiliates must not create or utilize any materials that imply a false sense of endorsement or partnership with Lazaro SoHo beyond the affiliate relationship.

6. Advertising Compliance

Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to the FTC Guidelines for affiliate marketing. Disclosure of the affiliate relationship must be clear and conspicuous on all promotional channels.

7. Liability and Indemnity

Lazaro SoHo will not be liable for indirect or accidental damages (loss of revenue, commissions) due to affiliate tracking failures, loss of database files, or any results of intents of harm to the Program and/or to our website(s). You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lazaro SoHo and its affiliate companies from any lawsuits, investigations, claims, or complaints arising from any such violation or alleged violation of the terms mentioned above.

8. Term and Termination

The term of this Agreement will begin upon our acceptance of your affiliate application and will end when terminated by either party. Either you or we may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice of termination.

9. Modification of Terms

We may modify any of the terms and conditions within this Agreement at any time and at our sole discretion. These modifications may include, but are not limited to, changes in the scope of available commissions, payment schedules, and Affiliate Program rules. If any of the modifications are unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this Agreement. If you continue participation in the program following the posting of the new terms and conditions, it will be considered as your acceptance of the changes.
