We endeavor to ensure that the price displayed for products on our website
represents the current price for that particular item, except where noted
otherwise. In certain instances the price displayed may not represent the
prevailing price of that item, particularly if the item is made of precious
metals and stones (i.e. gold, platinum). Upon receipt of your order if there is
a need for an adjustment to be made due to market price fluctuations of such
commodities, you will be contacted and provided the current price information
and you decide whether you wish to proceed with the purchase.
With respect to any orders that require customizing, we cannot confirm the price
of an item until we review your order; however, we do NOT charge your credit
card until after you have been informed of the price and confirmed your
intention to proceed with the purchase. Despite our best efforts, some of the
items on our website may be mispriced. If an item's correct price is higher
than our stated price, we will contact you per paragraph one above and proceed
accordingly.
Custom orders and/or customizing an item you see on the website (i.e. a silver
ring with a garnet – but you would prefer the ring in 18K gold with a ruby) are
very much welcomed and a hallmark of what makes Lazaro Jewelry so truly unique
and desired due to the outstanding designs and craftsmanship. However, there are
additional terms and conditions to be aware of when placing and agreeing to a
custom order. PLEASE SEE THESE BELOW WITH REGARD TO THE “RETURN POLICY” AND THE
“REFUND/STORE CREDIT POLICY”
METHOD OF PAYMENT
We accept the following methods of payment:
Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or Paypal.
SHIPPING METHOD
Shipping will be carried out by USPS. All applicable fees and charges will be
applied based upon weight, size and value of the shipment. Shipping and handling
is not included in product prices and is paid separately by you.
RETURN POLICY
We strongly encourage you to carefully read all product descriptions to ensure
you are in full understanding of the item you are buying and that this item will
satisfy and meet your desired needs, requirements and expectations. Please note: All sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
If you have ANY questions or would like to discuss an item in detail please send
your comments through the CONTACT US link located at the bottom of this webpage
and someone will respond in writing and/or contact you by phone if you prefer.

Following receipt of your purchase, if you are in any way dissatisfied with your
order or there is any claim of product damage or defect, you must contact us
within 48 hours at 1-212-219-8494 to provide us with notice and discuss
available options.
All custom orders that are returned due to damage will be repaired and returned
back to the customer. There are no returns allowable on custom orders due to a
change of desire by the customer for the piece or if purchased as a gift.
REFUND/STORE CREDIT POLICY
If you receive an item that is damaged you must contact us within 48 hours and
return it within 7 to 10 business days. After we have received the item, it will
be inspected and repaired, if possible, and sent back to you. In the event that
the item cannot be repaired you will receive a 100% refund.
If you receive the wrong item from what you ordered, please contact us
immediately and return it within 7 to 10 business days. We will correct the
matter and send to you the item you intended to purchase.
If a claim of dissatisfaction is made with regard to the aesthetic of an item or
an item was purchased as a gift and the recipient did not care for the item,
please contact us
immediately and return it within 7 to 10 business days, there will be no refund of the purchase, and store credit will be issued for use
within one year of the original purchase.
There are no Refunds or the issuance of Store Credit on custom orders.
All packages are shipped requiring signature upon delivery to prevent theft. We are not responsible for packages that are delivered without someone to available to receive and sign. We will work to reschedule delivery. We are not responsible for additional shipping fees accrued during this process..
All sale items and items bought on discount are final sale.
